Chris and Martin Kratt grew-up in Warren, NJ. Don't let your preconceptions of New Jersey fool you! Along with their parents and their twin sisters, Chris and Martin did a lot of hiking and exploration of the natural world, even in their own backyard. The Kratt family traveled to Vermont every summer to camp and followed their Saint Bernard, Heidi, around the woods. Chris and Martin loved Vermont so much, they have located their Kratt Brothers Company headquarters there.

Well... Grandpa Kratt started a harmonica manufacturing company called the Wm. Kratt Co.

Chris and Martin's father ran the family business up until he retired a few years ago producing Wm. Kratt Co. pitch pipes. Check out availability from your local music store!
