Grizzly Gulch is the first ever Kratt Brothers' Creaturefuge!

This is the beautiful 1,200 acre creaturefuge in the Montana wilderness that the Kratt Brothers Creature Hero Society has purchased for the protection and preservation of the North American Grizzly Bear.  Perfect grizzly habitat, the creaturefuge is nestled between the northern Rocky Mountains and the high plains.

The idea for a creaturefuge - an animal refuge created by kids for creatures - began way back on August 12, 1997 with the following letter and a $3.16 donation from two little fans of the Kratt Brothers.

From that small bit of seed money came the Kratt Brothers' Creature Hero Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering kids to help creatures, three summers of North American tours by the Kratt Brothers and the selection, by the Creature Hero Society members themselves, of a very special animal to benefit from the protection of the first Kratt Brothers' Creaturefuge, the North American Grizzly Bear.

Over the past few years the brothers have been touring across North America. Kids and parents are entertained by a stage show where the brothers tell a story of one of their favorite, and comical, creature adventures! After the stage show, Chris and Martin have autograph sessions where they stay until everyone who would like to meet them has had a chance!
